I currently have just one DCC locomotive, my GP35R. My 9 year old daughter has a Micro-Trains SW1500 that is DC and the rest of my locos are DC as well. I added a DPDT switch that is wired to both systems so I can simply throw a switch. It isn’t pretty, but it works.
